Within our dining-ware range we are proud to offer these unusual pieces from Wonki Ware, which are individually handmade in South Africa. Because the items are handmade, they are not perfectly symetrical which adds to their charm- they are therefore individual and no two pieces are the same although the overall design is. We have two patterns, the Moulded Rose pattern is a rose which has been added on to the item before glazing. The other pattern is the Cabbage Rose. This is a hand drawn, embossed design painted on with a glaze. The glazes are all non toxic and lead free as well as being chip & crack resistant & oven, microwave & dishwasher proof. We also have some lovely cotton printed items for decorating the table & for use in the kitcen.. Click on a picture for more information.
