To complete your order we require the following: your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and your credit/debit card details. This information will allow us to process your request & notify you of acceptance of your order. We will contact you should there be a problem with your order i.e. an item ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment or an incorrect address has been given (please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box number or hotel address).
We take great care to ensure that the details and descriptions of our products on the website are correct at all times. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Please be advised that as the pottery products are all individually handmade, they will vary in size, weight and shape, however the overall design is the same.

Stock permitting we aim to despatch items within 2 working days after clearance of payment, to arrive with our UK customers within 5-7 working days. For any items out of stock we will contact you to advise an estimated delivery date and check if the item is still required.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders for overseas delivery at present.
While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand you may want to return an item. Please make all returns to us within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit note, providing goods are in perfect condition.
The parcel and its contents are, however, your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are broken or lost during return transit. Please note that the cost of returning goods is at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund provided we receive notification within 24hours of you receiving the item and we will require that your return is made within 14 days of receipt.
We are happy to accept cancellation of your order by using the Contact Us section prior to despatch of goods. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in the Returns & Exchange section above. Please note that once an order has been processed we issue a confirmation email, however, we are not responsible for you not receiving mail.
If you wish to join our mailing list we may from time to time contact you so we can keep you up to date regarding special offers, new ranges and promotions etc. We will not make our mailing list available to any other companies or pass on any of your details to a third party.
